FOOD:
FOOD is another great aspect of life, and for most, it serves as more than just sustenance—it’s an experience, a celebration, and a connection to culture and memories. Each meal tells a story, whether it’s a family recipe passed down through generations, a dish discovered while traveling, or an experiment in the kitchen that became an instant favorite.
The beauty of food lies in its versatility. It can be as simple as a slice of warm, buttered toast or as intricate as a multi-course gourmet meal. For some, it’s the comfort of familiar flavors; for others, it’s the thrill of discovering something new. Food has the power to bring people together, whether it’s a festive holiday feast, a casual barbecue, or a quiet dinner shared with a loved one.
Beyond its taste and texture, food is an art form. The vibrant colors of fresh produce, the delicate plating of a fine-dining dish, and the bold creativity of fusion cuisines showcase the artistry behind every bite. For many, cooking is a therapeutic act—a chance to express themselves, unwind, and experiment with flavors.
But food is also about nourishment and balance. It fuels our bodies and minds, providing the energy to pursue passions and dreams. Today, more people are embracing mindful eating, focusing on sustainable, locally sourced ingredients, and exploring plant-based or culturally diverse cuisines.
Ultimately, food reminds us to savor life—not just through our taste buds but by appreciating the effort, history, and love that go into every meal. So, whether you're indulging in a decadent dessert, trying a new recipe, or sharing a meal with friends, remember: food is one of life’s greatest joys, worth celebrating every day.

CIGARS
A Journey Through Smoke: My Refined Cigar Hobby
Cigars are more than just rolled tobacco; they’re an experience, an art form, and a ritual. My love affair with cigars began when I was just 16. For me, it was never about the nicotine—it was about the atmosphere, the craftsmanship, and the sheer joy of indulging in something truly refined.
The Beginning of a Lifelong Appreciation
The first time I held a cigar, I was captivated. The rich, earthy aroma, the complex flavor profiles, and the deliberate process of cutting, lighting, and savoring every draw made me fall in love. It wasn’t about smoking for the sake of smoking; it was about appreciating a tradition steeped in history and craftsmanship. Over the years, I’ve come to see cigar smoking as a form of meditation—a moment to disconnect, reflect, and indulge in something luxurious.
My Growing Collection of Cigar Accessories
A significant part of my cigar journey has been curating a collection of accessories that enhances the experience. It started modestly with a simple Bic lighter, which served its purpose in my early days. Then came the plastic butane lighter, functional but uninspiring.
As my appreciation for cigars deepened, so did my desire for tools that matched the sophistication of the experience. I added a Porsche Design jet flame lighter to my collection—a sleek and efficient piece that reflected my evolving taste. Next came the Casetti jet flame, then the Colibri jet flame, both reliable and stylish.
However, the pinnacle of my collection is undoubtedly my red S.T. Dupont Maxijet. Its precision and elegance felt like a perfect match for my cigar ritual. But I didn’t stop there; my most prized possession now is the S.T. Dupont Le Grand Ligne 2 x Montecristo limited edition lighter. Its craftsmanship is unparalleled, and at €1,350 instead of 1650, it’s an investment in the artistry of the cigar world.
Beyond the Flame
While my lighters are a centerpiece of my collection, ashtrays, cutters, and humidors also play a crucial role in preserving and enhancing the cigar experience. Each accessory is chosen with care, reflecting my passion for the refined rituals that cigars represent.
A Celebration of the Process
For me, cigar smoking is not a habit but a celebration of the process. From selecting the right cigar to preparing and enjoying it, every step is a reminder to slow down and appreciate life’s finer things. It’s a hobby that connects me to centuries of tradition and craftsmanship, and one that I’m proud to share with fellow enthusiasts.
If cigars have taught me anything, it’s that life is about the journey, not just the destination. And for me, that journey is accompanied by the rich aroma of a fine cigar and the satisfying click of a perfectly crafted lighter.
Watch Collecting:

A Journey Through Time: My Watch Collecting Story
Every watch collector begins somewhere, and for me, it started when I was just seven years old. My first watch was a humble Casio, a gift that became my gateway into the fascinating world of horology. It wasn’t just a tool to tell the time; it was a window into the intricate craftsmanship and legacy that watches hold. Over the years, my collection grew, each piece symbolizing a chapter of my life.
The Early Days: Building Foundations
My journey progressed with a Swatch Chronograph Quartz, a piece that ignited my love for functional design. Soon after, the Seiko 5 Sports 39mm Steel entered my collection, a testament to timeless durability and the brand’s rich history. Seiko’s craftsmanship continued to captivate me, leading to the Seiko Presage Cocktail Timer Mockingbird, an elegant dress watch, and the Seiko Prospex King Manta 200M Diver, a rugged yet refined dive watch.
Growing Sophistication: Swiss Beginnings
As my understanding of watches deepened, I ventured into Swiss timepieces. The Certina DS Action Diver Powermatic 80 became my first Swiss mechanical watch, showcasing the Powermatic 80 movement and unmatched reliability. Next came the Longines HydroConquest 41mm Black, a perfect blend of sportiness and sophistication.
Entering Luxury: Tudor and Omega
My passion for luxury watches truly blossomed with the Tudor Royal 41mm Steel & Gold Day-Date, a versatile piece combining elegance and utility. Then, my collection welcomed the Omega Seamaster 300M Diver Anniversary Edition, a masterpiece celebrating Omega’s legacy in dive watches with its striking blue dial and co-axial escapement.
Stepping into High Horology: Grand Seiko and Beyond
The Grand Seiko Heritage Spring Drive Blue marked a pivotal moment in my journey. Its mesmerizing sunburst blue dial and Spring Drive technology demonstrated unparalleled precision and artistry. Shortly after, the Omega Speedmaster Moonphase became a cornerstone of my collection, combining lunar-inspired elegance with the iconic Speedmaster lineage.
Refinement and Grandeur: IWC and Rolex
My next acquisition was the IWC Portugieser 7-Day Power Reserve, a watch that epitomizes sophistication with its power reserve indicator and clean dial design. The Rolex journey began with the Rolex 126660 Deepsea Sea-Dweller James Cameron, a technical marvel and tribute to deep-sea exploration. But the crown jewel came with the Rolex 116508 Yellow Gold Paul Newman Daytona, a grail watch known for its rarity and timeless charm.
Reaching the Summit: Audemars Piguet
After years of collecting and refining my taste, I achieved a lifelong dream with the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15400OR in Rose Gold. This iconic piece, with its distinctive octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet, embodies everything I admire in a watch: heritage, craftsmanship, and bold design.
Reflecting on the Journey
From the simplicity of my first Casio to the pinnacle of luxury with my Audemars Piguet, my watch-collecting journey has been as much about personal growth as it has been about horology. Each watch tells a story, not just of its maker but of my evolution as a collector and a person. Watches are more than accessories—they are timeless companions that remind us of the moments we cherish and the passions that drive us forward.
As I look toward the future, I know this journey is far from over. There’s always another story waiting to be told, another timepiece to discover, and another chapter to write in my lifelong adventure with watches.
